1. Who we are

ForexSignalsAcademy ("FSA", "we", "us") is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

We collect only what we need to run our signals and education services, and we never sell your personal information.

2. What we collect

Phone number	If you choose to receive signals or support on WhatsApp
Telegram username	When you join our channels or message our bots
Broker name and trading account number	When you fill in our access form to claim free Premium through a partner broker
Country	To recommend a broker available in your region
Payment details	Processed by our payment provider. We see only the payment status and the last digits of your card, never the full number
Messages you send us	When you contact support or post in member groups
Website usage data	Through cookies, if you allow them. See our Cookie Policy

3. How we use it

To give you access to the free channel, Premium, the Academy or broker-funded access
To deliver signals and updates by Telegram, WhatsApp and email
To confirm your broker account is funded and linked to us, so we can grant and extend free access
To process payments and send reminders before your plan ends
To answer your questions and give support
To send news and offers, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time
To improve our website and services
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

4. Our legal reasons for using it

Contract: to provide the service you signed up for
Consent: for marketing messages and non-essential cookies
Legitimate interests: to run, protect and improve our business, for example preventing shared or resold access
Legal obligation: to keep financial and tax records

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with providers that help us run FSA, and only as much as they need:

Messaging: Telegram and WhatsApp (Meta), to deliver signals and support
Email: our email service provider, to send emails
Payments: our payment provider, to process purchases
Operations: Google (including Google Sheets) and Make.com, which we use to keep our members list, record signals and send them out
Website hosting: Hostinger
Partner brokers: to confirm that your account was opened through our link. The broker also has its own privacy policy
Authorities: if the law requires it

6. International transfers

Our members and some of our providers are based around the world, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including outside the UK and EU. Where this happens, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Account and membership details: while you are a member, and up to 2 years after your last plan or access ends
Payment and invoice records: 6 years, for tax and accounting purposes
Support messages: up to 2 years
Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

See a copy of the information we hold about you
Ask us to correct or delete it
Object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
Ask for your information in a portable format
Complain to the data protection authority in your country

9. Keeping it safe

We limit access to member information to the people who need it, use secure, password-protected tools, and work only with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. Under-18s

Our services are only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make an important change, we will let active members know.
