Terms of Service

1. About us

These terms are an agreement between you and ForexSignalsAcademy ("FSA", "we", "us").

These terms apply whenever you use fxsignalsacademy.com, our Telegram and WhatsApp channels, our emails, the Academy, or any other FSA service. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use FSA

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for making sure that using our services, and trading forex or CFDs, is legal where you live.
• Our services are not intended for anyone in a country where providing them would be against local law. We may refuse or end access in those cases.

3. Education and information, not advice

We do not know your finances, goals or experience, and we do not manage your money or place trades for you. You decide whether to trade, how much to risk, and when to close a position. Please seek independent advice if you are unsure.

4. Trading risk

Trading forex, gold, indices and other CFDs carries a high level of risk. Leverage can work against you as well as for you, and you can lose more than you deposit. Past performance, including any results we publish, is not a reliable guide to future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

5. Our services

Free channel

A free Telegram channel with around one signal per trading day, plus short commentary.

Via Broker (free Premium access)

Full Premium access at no fee to us, when you open and fund an account with one of our partner brokers. See section 9.

Premium

A paid service with up to five signals per trading day, full commentary, live trade updates and direct support, delivered through a private Telegram group and, where offered, WhatsApp and email.

Academy

Paid educational content, including courses, live sessions and a members community, where offered.

Signal numbers are typical, not guaranteed. On quiet or unsuitable market days we may post fewer signals or none. We may update, add or remove features over time.

6. Your access

• Your access is personal to you. You must not share your login, invite links or group access with anyone else.
• You must not copy, forward, resell, republish or automate the redistribution of our paid signals or content to other people, groups or channels.
• If we reasonably believe access is being shared or resold, we may remove it without a refund.

7. Payments and terms

• Paid plans are bought in advance for a fixed term of 3, 6 or 12 months, at the price shown when you buy.
• Plans do not renew automatically. You will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another term.
• Your access ends at the end of the term you paid for. We will remind you before it ends.
• Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• We may change our prices for future terms. A price change never affects a term you have already paid for.

8. Refunds

Our paid services are digital and begin as soon as access is granted. By buying a plan, you ask us to start your access straight away, and you agree that once access has been delivered, the payment is non-refundable, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund that cannot be excluded.

If you were charged in error, or never received access, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right.

9. Broker access programme

• When you open an account with one of our partner brokers through a link on our website and meet that broker's requirements shown on our Free Access page, we may give you free Premium access.
• To claim it, you send us your details through our access form. Once the broker confirms your account was opened through our link, we add you to our members list and send your Premium invite.
• We receive a commission from the broker based on trading activity. This does not change your spreads or fees.
• Free access lasts for the period, and on the conditions, shown on our Free Access page at the time you join.
• Each broker sets its own minimum deposit, leverage, bonuses and country rules. Your account, funds and trading relationship are with the broker, not with FSA. We are not responsible for a broker's services.
• If your account is closed, emptied or moved away from our IB code, we may end your free access.

10. Results and performance

Results we publish record each signal's outcome in pips, measured from our posted entry to the highest target reached, the stop loss, or breakeven. They are not the results of any real trading account. Your own results will differ because of your entry timing, position size, spreads, commissions, slippage and how you manage each trade.

11. Third-party services

We deliver services through third parties such as Telegram, WhatsApp, email providers, TradingView and our partner brokers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or outages.

12. Our content

All signals, commentary, courses, videos, branding and website content belong to FSA or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal learning and trading only.

13. Limits on our liability

• We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or decisions you make based on our signals or content.
• We are not liable for delays or missed messages caused by Telegram, WhatsApp, email, your device or your internet connection.
• Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud.

14. Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse our services, behave abusively towards our team or members, or if we are required to by law. If we end a paid plan for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of your term.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make an important change, we will tell active members by Telegram or email.
